Discounts

1. Robofun offers a 10% discount for booking of two or more children on the same course (not necessarily siblings). Please proceed with regular booking and afterwards send us an e-mail with children’ details. Your discount will be issued as a partial refund (also see REFUNDS section)

Booking

1. You can make a booking:
   • online on www.robofun.ie
   • on-site where the workshops take place
2. It is possible to admit late comers to a Robofun course that has already commenced – please contact us for futher details
3. "Pay as you go" participation is also possible if places are available - 20€ per 2h class

CANCELLATION

1. If you wish to cancel a booking please notify Robofun by email as soon as possible so that the place can be re-allocated and a refund, if applicable, can be issued
   • Cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the course commencement date allow for a full refund to be made with no booking fee
   • Cancellations made within 72 hours before the start of workshop will not result in a refund
2. We reserve the right to cancel course/workshop if there are insufficient students enrolled

REFUNDS

1. No refund will be made to students who will not attend classes or do not finish the course
2. Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or Paypal

ALLERGIES / MEDICAL CONDITIONS

1. It is the responsibility of a parents/guardian to inform Robofun of any allergies or medical conditions on the Robofun Workshops Registration Form

DROP-OFF AND COLLECTION

1. Robofun recommends arriving 10 minutes early. We also asks that all children be collected on time.
2. We will ONLY release children from our care to parents/guardians or another authorised person as recorded on your child’s registration form
3. In the event of a parent collecting another parent’s child arrangements must be made prior to the collection
4. If your child is to be collected by a person not listed in Robofun Workshops Registration Form on a particular day, please ensure that a member of staff is informed beforehand. You will be asked to write the details on a form provided. We will agree with you how the identity of that person will be verified (usually by a password)

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY

1. Robofun accepts no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises. We recommend that children leave valuables and any other items not required during classes at home

GENERAL

1. Children do not need to bring anything except good mood. RoboFun provides the latest LEGO WeDo 2.0 (age 6-9) or LEGO Mindstorms (age 9-13) sets and HP Stream laptop for each pair of children. Visit our Facebook fanpage to see the equipment we use: facebook.com/robofun.ie
2. Photographs and video footage may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included please indicate this on the Robofun Workshops Registration Form.
3. Unfortunately LEGO Education kits may not be taken home. If you are interested in purchasing a set, please get in touch with Robofun.
